Terms and Conditions
ATS provides services that include continuing-education opportunities and credit tracking and reporting. When you use our services, you provide us with personal information. These Terms don’t give us any rights to your personal information except for the limited rights that enable us to offer our services.
ATS services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other US and foreign laws. These Terms don’t grant you any right, title, or interest in the services, ATS trademarks, logos, brand features, or proprietary technology or software. We welcome feedback, but note that we may use comments or suggestions without any obligation to you.
Billing. ATS offers many free learning opportunities. You can also purchase seminars and add credit-tracking capability to your account, turning your account into a “paid account.” We’ll automatically bill you from the date you register for a course or on an automated-monthly (or yearly) basis (depending on the services you purchase). You are responsible for all applicable taxes (identified in your invoice).
Monthly payment processing automatically charges your credit card your monthly subscription fee. By signing up for Auto Payment service, you authorize us to initiate charges from the credit card associated with your account. If your credit card rejects a payment, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment information. Otherwise, your account will be placed on hold until the payment issue is resolved.
Your paid account will remain in effect until it’s cancelled or terminated under these Terms. If you don’t pay for your account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it which could delay credit and certification submission.
ATS, by law, will never store credit card data in any form, either electronic or paper documents or receipts. ATS does not have any relationships with third-party companies where credit card data is shared or who could affect the security of the credit card environment.
You may cancel your account at any time.
Live-Seminar Registration Refund Policy. You may receive a refund (less a $5.00 cancellation and processing fee) for cancellations made at least one week prior to the program. No refunds for cancellations will be given after that time as we need to confirm meals and seating with the venue. No refunds shall be issued for no-shows. Registrations are transferable and may be transferred to another individual.
ATS reserves the right to cancel any program where the minimum number of registrants is not met. If such a cancellation occurs, registrants will be notified and given the opportunity to select an alternate and comparable program to attend. In the event such an alternate and comparable program is not available, then the registration fees will be refunded.
Furthermore, dates, times, classes, program subject matter, instructors, panelists, and fees are subject to change, without notice, at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of ATS.
