DanVery informative about an alternative to chemical treatments for product longevity and durability. It does raise concern as to the overall Green-ness for this product because of the fastening system and finishes that are recommended/required. The wood alone is green but can that be said for the manufacturing processes for the aluminum clips and stainless fasteners? As a Architectural finish, does the entire system retain it's rating or is an offset/carbon credit needed? The presenter did not come across as an individual intimately familiar with the product he is promoting; I came away with the feeling of having endured a sales pitch. The presenter should opt for definitive language during professional presentations and leave the "kinda" for casual conversations.
