2. Discuss today's fence and gate systems in terms of their composition, materials, coatings, and finishes to ensure the fence or gate system selected meets the safety and security requirements of the building project

3. Classify gate track configurations, hardware, hinges, and locking mechanisms and the attributes of a variety of infill panel designs to determine how they contribute to specific visual criteria and security needs
