3.Ask sealant supplier to do the right test according to the substrates that will be used.
4. Choose sealants that fit compatibility with substrates with a good adhesion.

I understand this was focused on an audience of spec writers, but I think it is important that the details be part of a story with different chapters that tie well together instead of presenting incidents of failure that seem totally independent.
